14.00 – 14.30             Interventions of VNO-NCW (Chiel Renique) and MEDEF (Beatrice Tessier): their opinion about the employers’ survey outcomes presented in the morning

14.30 – 15.40             10 minutes reports of every national researcher, eventually supported by the other national partners about the national conferences / workshops:

                                   programme, subjects, participants, results/evaluation

                                 What can be done with the project outcomes at national level? What is / could be usable / transferable from other countries and why? What should happen to achieve this?

10.15 – 11.00             Employers’ perspective on the project outcomes (incl. their influencing potential), successively by VNO-NCW and MEDEF  / discussion

11.00 -  11.15             coffee break

11.15 – 12.15             The position of the unions in Quality Assurance in HVE and the union’s perspective (incl. their influencing potential) by GEW  (Gerd Koehler) / discussion

 

12.15 – 13.30             Lunch break

 

13.30 – 15.50             The European perspective / enhancement of mobility of employees in Europe / transparency of HVE programmes: lessons to be learnt? is (further) harmonisation of Quality Assurance desirable and feasible? Which elements should be stressed?

The meeting in Dortmund on 19-20 September 2003 was the last full partnership meeting. It started with a review of the state of the project. After that, the following points were treated:

- a. 20 minutes reports of every national researcher about the main outcomes of the employers’ survey in each country

- b. presentation of salient differences and similarities in the survey outcomes, with special comment from representatives of employers in the partnership  

- c.10 minutes reports of every national researcher, supported by the other national partners, about the national dissemination conferences / workshops: programme, subjects, participants, results, evaluation

- d. overview of the very latest experiences with the new QA systems in Netherlands and England

- e. 15 minutes presentations by national researchers about their conclusions for their country

- f.  presentation of employers’ perspective on the project outcomes

- g. presentation and discussion about the position in QA in HVE and the union’s perspective

- h. presentations and discussion about the European perspective / enhancement of mobility of employees in Europe / transparency of HVE programmes: lessons to be learnt? Is (further) harmonisation of QA desirable and feasible?

- i.   financial matters, further dissemination
